phone, purse, keys, a charger and a slim paperback fit comfortably in separate pockets, which helps (I hate fishing around). Strap adjusts easily and sits firm on the shoulder, doesn't swing about when walking — bonus when commuting. Not fancy, no leather sheen, but practical and tidy. I had cheaper bags that fell apart; this one feels made to last. Worth the money, I think.
Reluctant buy, turned out sensible
I was proper sceptical before I clicked buy — had a rubbish bag split on me last year so I didn’t trust the photos. Needed something for dog walks and the odd commute, plus somewhere to stash muddy boots or soggy toys. The Waterfly has quirks but honestly it’s done everything I asked of it. The zips feel tough, the number of pockets is surprisingly handy (I still misplace things now and then, but at least there’s a place for them). Main worry was durability — my dog had a good go at it chasing treats and her teeth didn’t pierce a thing. It’s been dropped in a field, covered in mud, and then wiped clean without drama. I even spilt a drink inside and bunged the whole thing in the wash, hung it out to dry and it came out looking fine. Not perfect — strap could be a touch firmer — but my doubts mostly evaporated, so I’m pretty content.

Material feels robust and a bit water-resistant, zips run smoothly, straps sit well on the shoulder. It fits phone, wallet, keys and a few bits without looking bulky; I keep being a bit surprised by how much it hides when folded. I recommended it to a mate and they liked it too. Wasn’t expecting much but glad it turned out solid — feels reliable for daily use and short trips. Not flashy, just sensible.
