Bought these vest tops on a whim and only started wearing them last weekend. First glance they looked a bit cheap, stitching a touch wonky, not the vintage Quiksilver vibe I expected — but actually wearable. Delivery was surprisingly quick and customer service replied properly when I complained, which I appreciated. Not worth shouting about, but glad it wasn't a total loss. Would be careful ordering again.
Surprisingly decent
I grabbed three pairs of the shorts when I fancied something casual for the weekend — first wear was in the garden, then took them out for a quick dog walk. They feel light and soft, proper comfy on a warm day, and the fit was relaxed, which I liked. The logo feels a bit cheap though and might fade after a few washes, so I’m careful washing them. Not perfect, but I’ve reached for them a lot.
Parcel surprise
On a drizzly Tuesday I opened the parcel straight away, eager to try them. First impressions were decent — decent looking, but weirdly light and the stitching felt wrong when I put one on. Used them around the house that night, they sort of work, but you can tell they’re not legit. Bit annoying to sort a return, so I’ve started a PayPal claim and it's a pain.
Dodgy clothing order — avoid
don’t buy from them. I ordered a few bits for everyday wear (work tees and a weekend hoodie) and the stuff arrived looking cheap and not like the photos — stitching falling apart, labels that felt off. I sent everything back using tracked Royal Mail and followed their returns instructions to the letter, but they later told me they hadn’t received the parcel. Weirdly I also got an email asking me to pay postage if I wanted my parcel returned to me — which I wasn’t expecting. I’ve had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back and that dragged on for nearly a month so far. It’s been a real waste of time; I use these kinds of pieces a lot, so it’s frustrating when you have to chase a refund instead of just getting on with things. I’ve passed details to Trading Standards because it didn’t feel right and I don’t want others to go through the same hassle. Small things, like clearer returns tracking updates, would have helped, but overall I’d say steer clear — not worth the stress.
Nearly didn't trust it
colours looked odd and there was a delay, customer service weren't brilliant at first. But the turning point was when the replacement arrived and actually eased my back straight away, proper relief — so yeah, surprised and pleased.
Pretty pleased
Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised — I ended up pretty happy with the whole thing. I first spotted them on Instagram, then I told my mate and even recommended it to my sister, so yeah I passed it on. Customer service was oddly friendly and responded quicker than I expected, they apologised and sorted my query, which made me feel better now. It's not perfect, a couple of small hiccups, but honestly I'd really use them again.
Wrong shirts and zero support
the listed overseas number didn’t work, emails bounced or never got a reply. They did post an apology on Trustpilot later, sounded very scripted, and nothing was actually fixed. My partner (who’s used to genuine labels from back home) had a look and said they were clearly knockoffs, which stung a bit. I kept retrying the contact details they gave and got nothing back. So my doubt before buying wasn’t fully eased — in fact it was confirmed. If you’re tempted, maybe order one item first to test, or steer clear. I’d also advise the seller to sort real customer support and be upfront about origin. Annoying and avoidable, but at least I learned my lesson.
Slow delivery, no refund — tired of the runaround
“We’re looking into it,” “please allow more time,” and sometimes downright contradictory notes about what I’d sent. What bothered me most was the lack of ownership from the team; instead of fixing things they asked for the same documents again and again, or offered trivial partial sums to make me keep the goods. That little offer — first something tiny, then slightly less tiny — felt like they were banking on me giving up. I use products like this day-to-day and the delay plus the non-existent refund caused real inconvenience and extra cost. I’m still out of pocket and a bit fed up. If you rely on something arriving on time or expect decent returns handling, take this as a warning and double-check everything beforehand.
