I had to send back a jacket I bought from this company in November 2020 because the zip was faulty and wouldn't zip up properly. Despite the pandemic causing delays, the customer service team was really helpful and understanding. They quickly gave me the option of a full refund or exchanging the jacket. Eventually, when I did send the jacket back, they refunded me the full purchase price and even covered the return postage. I'm really impressed with all aspects of this clothing company and will definitely shop here again.
Polo shirt and rain mac
I found this really cool polo shirt and an awesome rain mac with a built-in mask at a store recently. The quality was amazing, so I would definitely recommend it to all my friends. Such a great find! Top marks!
Well packed and great quality items

High-quality clothing
I've never had any problems with this company. I've bought a few things and swapped sizes without any bother. It's been really easy and quick every time. The stuff they use is really good quality, and I like how simple the designs are.
T-Shirt and jeans
So, yeah, I ordered a t-shirt and jeans from this place and they texted me saying it would come by 3 pm. So, I took a half-day from school, but the order never arrived! I emailed them about it and they didn't get back to me until three days later, claiming it was delivered on that very same day. I mean, seriously, what the heck?! And when I pointed out that I had in fact emailed them on Friday, they were really rude about it! Not cool at all, mate. I'd recommend shopping somewhere else!
Tracksuit bottoms and matching T shirts for Xmas
I wouldn't recommend splashing out on these tracksuit bottoms - they're really poor quality! I got them as a Christmas gift for my grandson, and they're falling apart already. I've had to chuck them in the bin! It's shocking considering how much they cost. On the bright side, the T-shirt is pretty good. I won't be shopping there again.
Jackets, quality, durability
I've been a loyal customer of w/o for quite a while now, and I must say, the jackets they make are top-notch. The materials they use are always unique and innovative, giving each design a special touch. Despite what some may think about the brand being low quality or inexpensive, I can honestly say that my w/o jackets have outlasted some bigger and supposedly better brands I've had before. The durability and lasting quality of the jackets make them definitely worth the investment, and I've never been let down by my purchases.
Christmas order for £200 of clothing
I spent £200 on clothes for Christmas but never got anything. The tracking said the package was sent on December 18th. I contacted customer service and they said they'd give me a refund or send another package. But now it's been 2-3 days and no one has got back to me. My £200 seems to have vanished. I really think it's best to steer clear of this company - one star is too good for them, they don't even deserve that.
High-quality clothes with extra discount for international orders
Weekend Offender is just great, they really care about their customers. The clothes I bought were top quality, and I liked getting a discount for ordering from abroad. It just shows they're looking out for the customers and know about the extra costs of taxes on international orders. Bought a shirt in a sale
I got this shirt on sale for less than £16, including delivery. It's amazing! It fits perfectly, the quality is great, the fabric is lovely, it came really quickly, the emails they sent were really nice, and I got it for a really good price!

Item out of stock issue
I bought something from the shop the other day and paid for it, but then got an email saying they didn't actually have it in stock. I had to email back and ask for a refund, and then had to wait ages for the money to come back to me. It was really annoying and now I'm not sure if I want to shop there again.
Christmas Present Order from Spain
I bought a Christmas present recently, but it turned into a disaster. The product got stuck in Spanish customs for a whole month, and despite my best efforts to contact customer service, they made no progress. Finally, the parcel was sent back to the UK in January due to company inaction. When I asked for the order to be resent to me, I was told one of the products had a fault and was out of stock. After waiting nearly two months for an order I never received, I ended up with a refund. This was the worst experience I've had with this company. As a loyal customer for seven years, I am deeply disappointed with their lack of care and professionalism.
Overshirt for my son
I've just bought an overshirt for my son and it's really cool! But just a heads up - it's on the bigger side, so definitely go for a size smaller than usual. The quality is amazing as well, feels like it will last a lifetime. And oh my gosh, the delivery was super quick, I didn't expect it to arrive that fast!

I've always loved Weekend Offender's overshirts, jackets, and sweatshirts - the quality is always top-notch. But I've noticed a bit of a drop in the quality of their t-shirts lately. They're just too big now and the material is so thin, you can practically see through it. It's a shame because I've always trusted Weekend Offender for their top-notch clothing.
