I popped into the Silverburn store the other day to collect an online order I placed for some Bella shorts, a blouse, and a few vest tops. The staff there were really helpful and friendly, suggesting that I try everything on first. Turns out the Bella shorts and blouse fitted me perfectly, so I'm definitely keeping them for my upcoming holidays. While I was looking around, I decided to grab a couple of vest tops too. The staff were so attentive, bringing me different colours to choose from. With their help, I ended up buying two vest tops that I really liked. All in all, it was a great shopping trip and I'm happy with my purchases.

I popped into the store the other day and I must say I was really impressed with the customer service I got. I went to the shop in Norwich the other day and found a really nice linen jacket with a cool lining. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size in store, so I decided to order it online. I went to the Exclusive Shopping Evening at the Banbury Store and it was brilliant! The new collections were absolutely gorgeous with such lovely colours. There were loads of sale items to choose from too, which was awesome because who doesn't love a good bargain, right? But the best part was definitely the staff. They were so friendly, talkative, and helpful. It felt like more than just shopping, it felt like hanging out with friends!
