Linen blue jacket
Oh wow, I had such a great time shopping at that clothes shop earlier! I managed to snag this really adorable blue jacket and the assistant who helped me out was just lovely and so helpful. They even went above and beyond by letting me try it on without needing to go to the changing rooms, since I use a mobility scooter. The only downside was that the sizing ended up being a little all over the place.
men's and women's clothes
I went to this shop with my mum and the person who helped us was really nice! There were so many cool clothes for me and my mum to try on. I enjoyed choosing from all the different styles and colours they had. I'm excited to go back again soon!
Local pick up order
I ordered something online and popped into the nearby shop to pick it up. It was really quick and didn't cost me anything. The people working there were really friendly and gave me a hand. I was thrilled with the service!
Dress purchase
I bought a dress from that shop not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The dress came quickly, but unfortunately, it didn't really suit me when I tried it on. Still, I've noticed that the clothes from that store are always really good quality.

I've just bought two dresses from this shop, they're the same style but with different patterns. I really adore them! They're super comfy and versatile - I can dress them up for a night out or dress them down for a casual day look. I've already received loads of compliments when wearing them.
Lily trainers
I'm really disappointed with my purchase of the Lily trainers from White Stuff. They seemed okay when I first put them on, but after wearing them, they felt really tight on my little toes. I tried everything, like stuffing them with socks and stretching them out, but they were still too uncomfortable to wear. I contacted customer service for help, but after 28 days of silence, I feel really let down by White Stuff. I think other brands like Boden or Seasalt would have been more helpful in this situation. After reading reviews online, it looks like many others have had the same problem with the Lily trainers, so it seems like there's a sizing issue. Overall, a big let-down.
Lost orders
Oh dear, let me tell you about my May shopping woes. I had a right nightmare with two orders I made. I spent a good amount of money, only for both parcels to disappear without a trace during delivery. The first one just poof, gone! Dealing with Customer Services was a real headache, but they eventually admitted it was lost. Lost, can you believe it? And don't even get me started on the dodgy exchange rate that cost me an extra 25 quid. Determined not to give up, I placed a second order, thinking lightning wouldn't strike twice. But alas, two weeks went by and still no sign of that package. They promised me a quick 48-hour delivery, but that never happened. It was a waste of time, a waste of money, and at that point, I had completely run out of patience. The whole experience was a total shambles, from beginning to end.
Lovely fashion choices in various sizes
I recently bought some things and was pleasantly surprised with the fab fashion choices in different sizes. The fabrics were dead comfy and the styles were bang on trend. I found it dead easy to find my way around the website and put through my order.
Carrie denim jacket mid green size 12
A lovely jacket which I knew would fit well because I already have the blue denim version. I initially wanted the pink one but it was sold out in my size. In the sales assistant’s advice I ordered the mid green as she said it was much lighter than the picture online. She was right, it’s a lovely lime type green. It will go with anything. Really pleased!
