    Black Dsquared2 Diamante ICON Hat

    Thank you to Claire/ Customer Services Team.
    I purchased a Baseball Hat For My Mum's Birthday.
    Collected from Islington branch. Staff were friendly n helpful.Unfortunately, when we opened the box, some of the diamantes were missing. We contact Customer Services via email. I have to say the team were very prompt and courteous in emailing back to try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, Zee &Co were unable to find a replacement and offered a full refund. My mum said she would source diamantes and replace them herself as she loved the hat as it was a steal at that price.
    Today Claire from Customer Service emailed me back with a goodwill gesture. Very pleased with the entire service I received from Zee & Co..

    Belstaff jumper purchase on sale

    My experience shopping from this website for the first time was really good. They had a wide variety of products, and it was easy to place an order. I ordered something around 8pm on a Tuesday and got an email confirmation straight away. The item was sent out the next day and arrived on Thursday morning. I liked that they gave me a tracking number so I could see where my delivery was. The package was packed well, and they even included a carry bag with a zip, which I thought was nice. I got in touch with customer service to say thanks for their great service, and they replied in just 10 minutes. I definitely plan to shop here again and would recommend it to others.

    In a world where parcels can sometimes get lost and deliveries can drag on, this company really stands out.     I had a bit of a bad time with the website, to be honest. There were quite a few problems when I was trying to pay for my things, so money came out of my bank but the orders didn't go through on the seller's side. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful at all and just told me to sort it out with my bank. I made the mistake of trying to order again, only to find out later that the items were actually out of stock and no one had bothered to let me know. All in all, it was a bit disappointing and didn't feel very professional.

    I was really disappointed with the service I got from this company. The delivery process was a total nightmare because I couldn't choose to have my stuff sent to a pick-up shop or post office. This basically made me have to take time off work to wait for my order, which was a real pain. And when I got in touch with customer service about it, they wouldn't let my things be sent to a pick-up shop or even left in a safe spot. What really got to me was that they didn't even give a reason for this, and the person I spoke to was pretty unhelpful and didn't really care. All in all, the lack of flexibility and understanding from the customer service team left a really bad taste in my mouth.

    Two shoes purchase

    So, yeah, I got these two shoes back in December. The first pair was way too big, so even though they said no exchanges, I bought the same ones in a smaller size. But then, you know, DPD dropped them off and just left them outside my house for anyone to swipe! I got onto customer service and sent them evidence, but they closed my case without doing anything, even after I sent them more proof later on! It's January now and I'm still waiting for either my shoes or my money back. They seriously need to improve their customer service game.
