Disappointing from start to finish 5 October 2026

By the time it arrived, I already wished I had never placed the order. The site gave me the impression it was a UK-based business, but it turned out the item was coming from China. That itself isn’t really the issue, but it should have been clearer before paying. Communication was frustrating too; replies took days, and some messages seemed to be ignored altogether. I had to request changes twice because the head had obvious problems, including mismatched eye direction, the wrong eye colour and some warping. The preview only showed the bare head, which now feels a bit misleading, as the hair looked rushed when the finished piece arrived. It was placed very high up and didn’t look properly finished. Delivery took around five weeks, so it arrived after my wife’s birthday, despite being bought as her present. Sadly, she didn’t like it either. A stressful experience, and definitely not worth the money in our case.
