    Dress purchase, Returned item

    My recent experience buying a dress from Coast was really annoying. I got this lovely dress but had to send it back. It's been over a month since I sent it back, but the customer service hasn't been great. When I got in touch to ask about my return, they weren't very helpful and kept making excuses. I even showed them proof that I sent it back, with a tracking reference from An Post to prove it was delivered. Still, I didn't get a proper solution. It's been a let-down, especially from a company I thought was reliable.

    Annual membership payment issue resolved swiftly

    I had a bit of a problem with my annual membership payment the other day. I ended up paying for delivery and returns by mistake because I forgot to log into my account. Luckily, this really nice lady called Kay from customer service helped me out big time. She sorted everything out super quickly by giving me a refund for the extra charges. I have to say, I was quite impressed by how smoothly and easily the issue got sorted.

    Elegant Dresses

    I've been a customer here for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed by the quality and designs of the dresses I've bought. Each one is elegant and you can tell they've put a lot of care into the details. The fabric feels so luxurious and they always fit me perfectly. I'd definitely suggest checking out their size guide before you buy, it's always helped me pick the right size for my body shape. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchases and I'll definitely be coming back here whenever I need a new dress.

    Multiple items from different factories

    I was really let down by my latest purchase from this company. I bought a few things, but they actually came from two different places. Then, when I wanted to send them back, they made me pay twice because they were in separate packages. It never said that would happen in their rules, so it felt like I was being tricked into spending more money. When I spoke to customer service, they just sent me to another company's return policy, which just made me more annoyed. I'm going to get in touch with trading standards about those extra fees - they weren't right.

    Sequin dress

    I was really disappointed with the dress I bought. It was a nightmare! It was tight on my hips but really baggy on my bust. The sequins were sticking out like little knives. The lining inside was really cheap and scratchy too. And to top it off, I had to pay to send it back! I thought this brand was good quality, but I was wrong. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    I paid extra for next day delivery, but you know what? It didn't actually arrive the next day! They said they'd give me an update on my delivery a week later. What's the use of paying extra for next day delivery if it doesn't turn up when it should? I'm really disappointed and feel let down by this whole situation.     The customer service is absolutely terrible, I can't believe it. I bought a dress with a broken zip and they told me to send it back and they'd send a replacement if they have it available. Like seriously, what if they don't have it? I had to purchase another dress before even sending the faulty one back. Now, I have to wait and hope that they refund me the additional money I had to spend. It's so frustrating!

    Struggled with returning my order

    Unreceived invoice and lack of response from customer service

    I bought something from this company not long ago, but I was really disappointed with the whole thing. When I made the order, I didn't get an invoice or receipt sent to me by email or in the package. It's been tricky for me to stay on top of my purchase and sort out returning the items I got. I tried reaching out to their customer service through email, but I haven't heard back from them yet. The fact that they're not communicating properly and being unprofessional has left me feeling annoyed and not happy with my shopping experience with them.

    I sent back two items on the 7th of April, and they were delivered and signed for on the 10th of April. Still, I haven't got my money back. Whenever I contact customer service, they keep asking for evidence of the return and then just tell me to be patient. It's just not on, this constant to-ing and fro-ing.

    I was really impressed with the customer service team at this company. I had a problem with my return for an online purchase, but Jenny was on the ball and helped me out.     Coast is the worst company I have ever ordered online with. It's absolutely diabolical. I am still waiting for a refund that goes back to January this year for over £200! I placed an order in January this year and returned the items through Royal Mail promptly (I have proof of return). It took forever for Coast to acknowledge my return but I did eventually receive an email telling me it had received the goods and it would make the refund. I waited for my refund but it never came. In the meantime I was taken seriously ill into hospital and my recovery has taken months. Last month whilst checking over my accounts for the year I realised that they never did refund my money. I contacted customer services and they replied promptly and apologised and assured me that I would receive a refund. This was coming up a month ago. Still no refund has arrived. I have contacted customer services several times and they have responded quickly and promised me it would arrive in my PayPal within a few days. I now contact them daily but no longer receive a response. All my emails are ignored and they owe me over £200. It's been a year in January since the order and they still have my money. It's shocking that a high street brand such as Coast can be so appalling to it's customers. I will never ever purchase from them online or instore ever again.
