I've bought a few pieces over the last couple of years and honestly they fit perfectly into my day — work, school runs, lazy weekends. I do love the prints and cuts, they stand out. Lately though the fabric feels flimsy and after a wash a seam came loose on my favourite blouse, buttons too. Not ruined, still wearable, but a proper let‑down. Prices creeping up doesn't help, I'd pause before buying again.
Nearly gave up on them
I remember the awkward moment I opened the box and thought they’d been battered in transit — panicked a bit, because I’d ordered velvet pumps from abroad for my wedding and returning them would have been a faff (I was in Greece, short notice). I nearly boxed them up but wore them on the day. Mid‑reception, when they actually felt comfortable and survived a few dances, I relaxed. Now I use them for work and evenings; there’s a tiny mark but they’ve earned their place in my shoe rotation.
Perfect timing on delivery
Was halfway through my tea when the courier turned up — perfect timing. The sales team were brilliant and talked me through the payment, really patient. The shoes and clothes are lovely, really comfy, great quality. Delivery was quick and well packed, even earlier than I expected. Third time ordering — or maybe fourth, who knows. Recommend.

Pretty kit, painful returns
I love the clothes but I won't be ordering again because the returns are a maze. I wear the pieces nearly every day — commuting, quick meetings, weekend errands — and they actually held up, got softer with washes and even sparked a couple of "where's that from?" comments, which was a nice surprise. Trouble is, the website and support left me guessing about what I could send back, and tiny fees kept popping up at every stage until the refund made no sense. Maybe I missed a line, or maybe it was deliberately vague. Either way, as an international customer I need clarity upfront; this felt like solving a puzzle just to get my money back.
