I wouldn't trust this company with anything you actually need urgently. The medication itself arrived fine in the end (so it works), but the way they handled delivery and identity checks was sloppy enough that I had to buy the same thing again locally and chase them for a refund. That sums it up — not disastrous, but enough to make me wary.
I ordered an over-the-counter sleep aid from them and paid the small price for the product plus fairly steep next‑day delivery. I complied with their checks: I sent a photo of my driving licence and completed the questionnaire they asked for, so I thought they were trying to be careful about who the meds were going to. Thing is, that care didn't translate into actually checking the details properly. The day after the supposed delivery window I got an email saying my parcel had been delivered. Confused, because nothing had turned up. I waited the day and then checked the proof-of-delivery picture they provided. It showed a completely different house — different door number, not even part of the same building. The parcel was sat on a doorstep in the photo, not handed in or taken inside, and certainly not at my address.
I phoned and emailed them, trying to get it sorted. Their responses were slow and patchy. I first emailed a couple of days later and only got a reply after I chased again, then was asked to confirm my address (which I had already given and which was on my licence they'd asked me to send). After more silence I asked for a refund and finally got some sort of acknowledgement. At one point they told me the postcode had been entered incorrectly — just the last two letters different — so they declared it a neighbour delivery. But their own photo showed the box on a doorstep associated with a totally different number. If they'd actually cross‑checked the postcode against the licence photo they had, this error shouldn't have happened. It felt like boxes were being dispatched and proof-of-delivery photos slapped on later without anyone checking whether the person who'd supplied ID actually lived where the parcel was left.
Meanwhile, because I needed the medicine, I went to a proper local pharmacy and bought it there. The experience was telling: they asked me questions about my health, warned me about use, and physically kept the product behind a glass cabinet until they were satisfied. It made me realise that the online seller's processes are supposed to be doing that same safety net, but in my case the delivery system undermined it. If a package containing medication is left on the wrong doorstep, that's not just inconvenient — it could be dangerous. Someone else could find it, or it could be taken in by another household and then misused. I don't want to be melodramatic, but medication isn't like a pair of socks.
I also read other customers' comments and there seemed to be a pattern of delivery mix-ups and poor customer service. That reinforced my decision to raise this with the relevant consumer authorities — I sent a formal letter, because it felt beyond what a chat with support would fix. Small positives: the product itself was as advertised, and when they did reply the staff weren't rude. But overall the whole process lacked the care and attention you'd expect when dealing with anything medical.
