Prescription medication purchase
I was really annoyed at first because my package didn't arrive and I ended up leaving a bad review. Luckily, the folks at MyPharmacy got in touch with me pretty quickly to sort things out. They managed to track down my package and figured out that the postie didn't leave a note about a missed delivery, so I had no idea I needed to get in touch with them. They gave me a special link to rearrange delivery and even said sorry by offering me free delivery with DPD on my next order. Their customer service was excellent, and I'm grateful for how far they went to make things right. I'll definitely be using MyPharmacy again next time.
Veterinary Tramadol
I recently needed to get some Veterinary Tramadol in a small dose for my dog and had a hard time finding a supplier who could give it to me in the right amount. But the service I got at this pharmacy was really fantastic. A lovely and knowledgeable staff member went out of their way to find the medication in a syrup form for my pet. This not only saved me quite a bit of money compared to buying it at my usual vet, but it also made it a lot easier for me to give the meds to my furry pal. I was really impressed by how much they cared and how dedicated they were, so I'll definitely be going back there for any other pet stuff in the future.
Eye medication
I was really happy with my time at this pharmacy. I had been looking for a particular eye medication for months, and couldn't find it at other places, so I was over the moon to discover it here. The process of ordering was easy, but I do have one complaint about the website. Inputting my date of birth took ages as I had to click through all the months and years to get to my birth month and year. As someone who was born in the 1950s, this was pretty annoying and time-consuming. I think it would be great if they could fix this issue to make it easier for customers in the future.

Sadly, I got a refund notification instead of a delivery confirmation. This left me in a tough spot as I left for my holiday without the medication I needed for my ear infection. I had stressed the urgency when I placed my order, but My Pharmacy didn't keep their promise, making me feel let down and disappointed. As someone who wears hearing aids and often gets infections, I have always relied on Otomize for effective treatment, which makes My Pharmacy's letdown even more worrying. In future, I won't be using My Pharmacy for any of my medical needs.
