It was a weird few weeks — I ordered a Creed bottle as a birthday treat for my partner in mid‑September and then the whole thing fizzled out. Website showed delivery late September, I waited, phoned and emailed a few times; only one reply said there was a warehouse delay. No tracking link ever appeared, no courier named. Then I saw the company marked as liquidated on Gov.uk and felt properly uneasy — how were they still taking orders? I’ve put a dispute through my bank and, honestly, that’s the bit I’m relieved about. Wouldn’t risk ordering from them again.
Thought it was sorted — then silence
no replacement, no tracking, and customer service has gone quiet. They admitted the item was lost but then stopped replying. I’ve reported it to trading standards and I’m not letting it slide. If you care about reliable follow-up, I’d give this place a miss until they fix customer care.

It turned into a weekend job chasing them — repeated emails, flagging things up on review sites and eventually ringing my card company. Turns out they trade under a couple of different names, which only made things messier. I did get a refund, finally, but only after being annoyingly persistent (and yes, a bit stressed). So I’m relieved and grateful the bank helped and I didn’t lose out, but the delivery never happened and customer service was basically non-existent until pressure was applied. If you need something quickly because of pain or a move, don’t rely on this one. Handy to know in future, but inconvenient and too much hassle for what I needed.
Late arrival, does help
Not brilliant, but it worked out in the end. I needed a memory-foam topper after waking up for weeks with a sore lower back, so I ordered on 22 March. By early April I was fed up — on 5 April they said it was 'on its way' but nothing arrived, emails went unanswered and the phone was a dead end. I thought I'd lost the money and was about to open a dispute. Then, about two weeks later the parcel finally turned up. It wasn't perfect — packing scuffed, timing rubbish — but the topper does what I wanted. Service slow, communication poor, yet my back feels better.
