Booked with them because my usual supplier had been out of stock for weeks, and I was a bit unsure about trying someone new. Took a chance — ordering was straightforward, a tiny delay on confirmation but nothing major, and customer service helpful. Delivery arrived really quickly, items as expected. Will switch suppliers now, though I’ll still keep an eye on prices.
Rain, rethink and a small victory
I rang to place the order because after Evri left my last parcel on the drive in the rain, I wasn't taking chances. Needed the item for a house move and my sore back — couldn't be faffing about with wet boxes. I half expected more bother. Picking it up myself was easy and the staff were genuinely helpful. That's when I relaxed.
Good value, shaky delivery
I spotted it through a neighbour's recommendation and I was wary — mainly about delivery. It's straightforward to use and the prices are decent, so I ordered despite nagging doubts. The items arrived quickly, which I liked, but the delivery wasn't great. Last time they left a heavy box in the garden, not over the threshold, which my blind 86‑year‑old mum couldn't manage; this time it was left outside the gate in an alley. I'd pay a bit extra for a more careful service.

they're a bit bulky, edgey under jeans, and they sometimes bunch up, so not as comfy as the triangular ones. I've been using them for errands and walks after a few wears the absorbency is fine. Customer service said they'd changed maker, so annoying, but price and delivery were decent. I'll buy again, cautiously.
