I was drying my hair after work and for once it wasn't a struggle. I first saw the Airbeam on Instagram and ordered it after my sister said she'd switched too. It's quiet, uses gentle heat and actually glides through tangles, which I didn't expect. The shine was instant and when a mate asked if I'd had it done, that was the sign — proper impressed. I've already told a few friends. Small bit of joy, really.

In short, I'm glad I bought it — mostly. They helped me on TikTok when I was trying to figure out one of the products, polite and patient, and later messenger replies were quick. I use the serum every morning before work and it's actually made my hair noticeably shinier, even after gym sweaty commutes — didn't expect that. Only niggle is the website checkout felt a bit clunky and the price isn't cheap, but the results and the helpful support made it worth trying.
