Garden rescue
Sat on the back step one morning, watching the feeder — the bottom had cracked right off. I messaged the company through Amazon, not expecting much. They replied the next day, which was already a surprise. No spare bottom in stock, but they offered a full refund straight away. I took it so I could order another model from their site. I never blamed them; stuff breaks. Their quick, sensible handling turned me from sceptic to proper customer. Now I’m browsing their range between cups of tea and watching the garden. Small thing, but it mattered, and I’ll buy from them. It felt genuinely like they cared, honestly, too.

one hanger was a bit fiddly and there’s a small scuff on the base, but nothing that affects use. Overall they feel durable and thoughtfully designed, and I’m already planning to buy another to cater for different birds in the garden.
Not worth the postage or bother
don’t bother if you want an easy return — it turned into a small nightmare. I bought two feeders as a keepsake (thought they were bluebird style) and what arrived were suet-only holders, so already off to a bad start. I did manage to talk to a person once, briefly, but they basically refused to honour the 30-day return in any practical way. The “return label” they sent wasn’t prepaid, so they expect me to post two awkward feeders from New York back to Nevada at my expense — which would cost more than the items. Other places I’ve dealt with would’ve at least offered a prepaid label, or split postage, or done something sensible; here I got vague replies and no real help. I’m a bit disappointed (was meant to be thoughtful) and annoyed more than anything. If you hate chasing refunds and paying surprise postage, look elsewhere.
