Bought six smart curtain switches. They were easy to fit and felt solid at first. After about a year three began to emit a constant beep and stopped responding. By the two-year mark none worked. Support only offered standard fixes — resets, reinstall attempts — that didn’t help. I sent videos showing no response, but they kept repeating the same steps and didn’t answer my technical questions. Feels like a clear hardware failure. Quite disappointing. Glad I still had manual pull cords and had bought a spare set elsewhere.
Promising start, disappointing finish
Oddly, it worked like a dream for the first few weeks. I first saw these on a reseller's site and even recommended them to a mate. Setup was slick and the app nice. Then one power cut and most units lost Wi-Fi. Can't get them back on my network. I emailed Moeshouse and felt fobbed off — lots of excuses, no real fixes. Now cold, remotely useless thermostats. Annoying.
