Not received. Unanswered emails. Finally told had been sent to head office ( which is actually w & j linney)
Requested refund. No one taking responsibility for the situation.
Very very poor and spoilt remembrance day.
I bought the pin to honour the memory of my father who fought in Korea.
One stars for delivery and service but wanted to give none. Do not use the poppy shop, terrible.
