    Awful customer service. Ignore emails, take ages to answer the phone then refuse to look into missing deliveries and out the phone down on you when you ask to speak to a manager. Delivered one package then eventually confirm the other package is still in Germany and can’t say when it will be delivered! Awaiting refund

    My silver Klasten mixer arrived in 5days by courier,and has been used to make bread and cakes.Very good,love it.
