Bunch of cowboys. Fridge arrived not working. No response to my calls and emails.
Cynical. No interest in doing the honest reasonable thing. None of the returns labels were authentic. Will be taking legal actionCooker extraction
Trying to return a damaged item, do not respond to emails and the phone is never answered, stay away from this firm

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have made one order on the 15th of July to be shipped to England and 11 days after the item was returned by the delivery company after checked because there was no paperwork. Now I need to wait for the item to be returned to the warehouse and them 7 days more to have the refund in my account.

Awful customer service. Ignore emails, take ages to answer the phone then refuse to look into missing deliveries and out the phone down on you when you ask to speak to a manager. Delivered one package then eventually confirm the other package is still in Germany and can’t say when it will be delivered! Awaiting refund
My silver Klasten mixer arrived in 5days by courier,and has been used to make bread and cakes.Very good,love it.

Very poor product 3 faulty units supplied, all different faults. 2nd one lasted 5 weeks others never worked at all. one was even used and dirty. have a refund now but wasted lot of time contacting seller and packing and driving about to send these back. No apology does not seem concerned, BEWARE product is not fit for purpose.
