Negative. posted gifts to NZ on 4-5 day delivery service. item collected and dispatched through DHL. 11 days later parcel hasn't arrived. Can't track it, the tracking only shows that it has been collected for my home and 10 days later there has been no further movement. I went to my local UKmail depot for assistance. ( cant telephone them). The parcel was tracked, with some difficulty I was told, and was now in NZ but not at its destination. I was also given a different tracking number to original one and told that I should be able to track the item now to its delivery point. I CAN'T. neither of the numbers work on ipost, DHL or UK mail. It just says number not found. IF YOU'RE THINKING OF USING ANY OF THESE SERVICES. DON'T. ( have to give star rating to send review, zero isn't an option)
