Sending parcels to friends & family
I used to always rely on a different courier service, but since I gave this one a go, I'm sticking with it. The text notifications for delivery timings are fantastic - no more wasting time waiting for a courier to turn up. The tracking system is simple to navigate and spot-on, plus the next day delivery really does what it says on the tin. Surprisingly, international deliveries are quick too, only taking a few days to reach the USA. I've never had a package go missing with this service, unlike with a different popular courier. All in all, it's a top-notch service for individuals and small businesses alike.

I was really pleased with how easy and cheap it was to book a parcel delivery with this company. The whole process was simple, and I could arrange for them to collect the parcel from my door, saving me time and stress. Plus, the cost was much lower than other big delivery companies. They delivered the parcel quickly and efficiently, arriving on the same day. It was great that they included a signature upon delivery at no extra cost. All in all, I was really impressed with the service and will definitely use them again.

I was so impressed with how quick and efficient this courier service was. They picked up my parcel on time with a friendly driver who made sure to keep their distance. To my surprise, my parcel arrived way before I thought it would, which was great. The price I paid was already good, but they also gave me a discount as a first-time customer. I was really disappointed with the company's delivery service. The driver just left my parcel in the back garden, and it was raining that day. When I got back home, I found the parcel all wet. Luckily, the contents were okay, but I was not happy with how they handled it.
Regular use of delivery service
We've been using the delivery service quite regularly for a few years now and on the whole, it's been a good experience. However, there have been a few hiccups along the way that have caused some inconvenience. The pricing of the service has been fair and competitive, which is definitely a positive. One big problem we're facing lately is not being able to drop off parcels at the depot, and it's really affecting our daily production schedule. We're also not quite sure about the exact collection times, which just adds to the uncertainty. Despite these challenges, our regular pick-up driver Kamal has been an absolute lifesaver. He's always incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist us, definitely earning a solid 6 stars in our opinion.
Parcel delivery
I was really pleased with the service I got from the delivery driver. They delivered my parcel right on time as expected. The driver had on PPE and kept a safe distance of 2 metres, which I thought was great for safety. They double-checked my contact details and were really professional and polite. All in all, I was happy with the service I received.

My parcel got delivered to my mum who lives on a caravan site without any problems. I went for a delivery company that said they would make things easy and fast. They picked up the parcel on the day I wanted and my mum got it the very next day. I was happy with how it all went and I'd definitely use them again next time.
Sending parcels to elderly parents in Spain
It's a shame that ipost has shut down, they were a great service for sending stuff to my elderly parents in Spain. The packages always got there fine, and their prices were good. I was really gutted to find out today that they've been replaced by DHL.

I chose to use a certain third-party service to send a package via drop-off at the post office. It was easy to do and even saved me some money. The package got to its destination with no issues at all.
Parcel pick-up
I arranged for a pick-up service to send a parcel from my home, but to be honest, it was a disaster. They missed the agreed pick-up time by a whopping 2.5 days, which left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. The messages I sent on social media asking for help were completely unhelpful and showed a complete lack of understanding of my situation. Waiting hours for a response is just not on in this day and age. The company's incompetence was remarkable and has left a bad taste in my mouth. On top of the already not-so-low price, they added sneaky extra charges, making the whole experience a rip-off. I definitely won't be using their service again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of it.
Parcels lost and damaged
I ordered 10 parcels from this place, and it was a nightmare! Two of them arrived damaged and two more just vanished, despite me paying extra for tracking. I won't be using this service, or any other service like it, again. Such a waste of both time and money. It's so frustrating!

This delivery service is so out of touch with what customers actually want. They're terrible at communicating, always making mistakes like giving out the wrong email addresses. And when problems do come up, they just don't seem bothered to do anything to fix them. If something goes missing, their compensation offers usually don't even come close to covering the full cost of the lost item, making customers feel like they're not being treated fairly and losing trust in the company.
Uncollected parcel recollection
I just wanted to let you know that I had a really frustrating customer service experience with your company. I was trying to get some help with a parcel that hadn't been collected for redelivery, but the lady I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful. I tried calling, emailing, and even tweeting, but nothing seemed to get sorted out. It felt like she didn't really care about helping customers or maybe she was new to the job. Honestly, I'm really disappointed by all this, and it's making me think about closing my account with you.
Online purchase delivery
The delivery and collection service with my driver, Clive, was really good, he was so efficient and friendly. But I was a bit let down by the insurance included with my purchase. When I needed to claim for a damaged item, the whole process was just so complicated and took ages. I had to give loads of details for such a small claim, which was really frustrating. And needing to have a safe place for the package if uninsured just seemed a bit silly, especially when I got confirmation that it had been signed for. It's a shame that these things took away from what was otherwise a great experience with the delivery service. It was also annoying to get mixed messages about changes to the service via email, it made me unsure about how reliable the company's communication really is.
Next day delivery service
I've used this company's next day delivery service quite a few times and it's been great. But this time, I paid for delivery before 12 pm, and the parcel only arrived the day after, so it took 2 days instead of one. I know things can be slow because of COVID-19, but if they promise next day delivery, they should be able to stick to it.
International parcel delivery
I'm really angry with the service I got from this parcel delivery company. I paid to send an international parcel online, but because of an address mix-up, I had to get in touch with customer service for help. I tried contacting different people from the company but no one seemed to care about helping me out. I've been trying to get a refund for more than 2 weeks now. Even after sending lots of emails, I still haven't got my money back. The way they're not communicating and ignoring customer satisfaction is just awful.
Next day pickup and delivery
So, I was meant to have my parcel picked up and delivered the next day, but you know what? It didn't happen! I had everything all scheduled and I waited for the pickup, but nothing. I had to give them a call the next day and they were just like, "Oh, we don't know why it wasn't picked up." And then when they finally did come to pick it up, it was really late in the evening! What's the deal with next day service if it's not even on time, you know? And there was no apology or anything! Plus, they didn't even give me a refund for messing up. Not cool at all.
Late parcel collection
I had a terrible experience with a company when I tried to get three parcels collected from my place. They promised next day delivery, but their driver didn't show up for four days. The online chat team kept telling me everything would be fine, but nothing happened. In the end, I had to use a different company for a reliable service. The only good thing was that they refunded me quickly, but that's pretty much all they did right.
