I've ordered an item 4 March but the shipping info still hasn't been updated. When I contacted customer services, they said it would be another 15 days. Still nothing. Because it's been way too long, I've emailed them again to get a refund but they're ignoring my messages.
Appalling customer care and awful experience with this company. Do not buy any items from them!
