Appalling service. I am trying to return a faulty item and have received no advice o how to do this despite emails sent. They promise to respond within 24 hrs and if you are lucky to get a response it will be a general email but not answering your questions.
I would hesitate to use this company unless you are absolutely sure the product you offer is one you intend to keep

If you had contacted them via emails, they should have replied within 24 hours on weekdays. But sometimes emails might be sent to your Spam hoder or blocked. You could also send a message via Messenger then.
