    Paid for express delivery (to be delivered end of week), item turned up about 8 weeks later.
    Customer service is horrific - very difficult to get hold of. No one seemed to know where my parcel was at any point.
    About 2 weeks after I received the parcel I get an email with the tracking details! Total joke
