Review about: Better Bathrooms
£1300 bathroom and shower
If i could give 0 stars I would. I am appalled at this company. I ordered a full bathroom at over £1300 from them at the end of November and I still haven't got it. Despite numerous phone calls and emails and being assigned my "personal" advisor. I still have no bathroom. FIrst the excuse of things not being available, so I ordered those items elsewhere and they turned up double quick, then 2 items are holding the order up, so I said, leave them out and deliver it!!! No, even that's too difficult. I lost my place with the plasterer, plumber and electrician as there's nothing for them to do and now I have to go on their wait lists again.
NEVER EVER order from them. My mistake was that they were better value than elsewhere. Covid is not an excuse here, bad practice is. Very unhappy.
