My name is kashmira thakkar.
I have placed online order with kerastase on 27/7/2021
3 chronologiste shampoos, 3 chronologiste precleanse and 3 scrubs. Paid £235.11
I have received order on 30/7/2021.
As I opened the box it was totally in a mess. I have taken pictures and made video of the received parcel. Everything is in very bad condition. The products are spilled all around the box. Only precleanse is ok. Scrub and shampoos are spilled. I have kept the box as it is. Please collect this box and send another parcel to me. Not received any reply of emails and no one is picking up the phone. I feel deceived. No help from kerastaste
