    Frizz-taming hair products

    I bought some hair products from this brand that really do a great job of taming my frizzy hair. I've tried out both the orange and pink lines, and they have really made a difference to my hair. However, I do think the brand could make things easier for customers by giving more info on how to use and what each product does, as it can get a bit overwhelming. Having said that, these shampoos and conditioners are without a doubt the best ones I've ever used.

    Expensive but worthy

    I really like this product, it's excellent! It can be a bit expensive so it's worth properly checking everything and asking your hairdresser for advice before choosing, rather than just selecting one randomly! Some people have mentioned it made their hair too greasy, but that's more down to how they used it rather than the product itself. Honestly, it's great, you can trust me on that!

    Hair growth and anti-hair fall treatment

    Shampoo with promised samples

    They always say you'll get samples with your order, but when it arrives, there aren't any. I got in touch with customer service, and they just gave me a lame excuse about running out of samples. It's annoying to be lied to and then treated so poorly. The customer service was terrible, they were rude and unprofessional, which made the whole experience really unpleasant.

    Kerastase Ultim Elixir

    I bought this hair product called Ultim Elixir from this store and it made my hair really greasy and not shiny like I was hoping. It didn't even make my hair feel smooth, it just had a pleasant smell. I was quite disappointed because it definitely wasn't cheap.

    Horrendous results, lack of customer service, requested refund

    I really wanted to give this product a zero rating, but I couldn't find that option. Honestly, after using it, my hair just looked awful and felt greasy. I tried contacting the company's customer service, but I didn't get any reply. I asked for my money back (£110) because the product was just so disappointing.

    I recently bought some hair treatment products from this company and had a bit of a problem with their customer service, unfortunately. So, when I made my order, the website used an old address from 4 years ago by mistake. I tried my best to change it but couldn’t do it, even though I spotted the mistake just 5 minutes later. I got in touch with their customer service a few times, but they didn’t really give me a clear answer on how to fix it. They just told me to tell the courier, which didn’t seem very helpful. And on top of that, I couldn’t even cancel the order, which only made me more frustrated with their services. All in all, I was let down by the lack of customer service support from the company.

    I'm really sorry to hear about your bad experience with our customer service. It's not what we want for our customers at all. I can totally see why you're frustrated about not getting the right information in the emails you've sent. It's not right that you're missing items you paid for and not getting the free gifts you were promised. I get why you're not happy with the 20% discount offer for your next order - it doesn't make up for what you should have got in the first place. It's not fair to make you buy something else just to get what you were supposed to in the first place. And it's really disappointing that we haven't been sending out the samples we promised with each order - that's not how we want our brand to be seen. We need to communicate clearly and well with our customers, and it's not good to hear that we've let you down on that front. We really need to sort out these problems with the customer service team - we can't keep not delivering on what we promise and not talking properly with our customers.

    I ordered 2 products to snag the discount, but I was gutted when they didn't show up on time! I checked the tracking and it said the parcel was being sent back to sender, but I couldn't figure out why. I tried calling customer service, but they were closed, even though it was within their open hours. After emailing them, all they came back with was some logistical nonsense about not being able to deliver it, which made no sense to me. In the end, I found a cheaper alternative to order from. At least, I got my money back, but I really wish they'd explained what went wrong!

    I bought your Anti-Frizz Conditioner and Anti-Frizz Hair Oil recently, but I was really disappointed with both the products and the customer service. I paid a lot for them, but they didn't give me the results I was expecting. Plus, I didn't receive the free sample that was supposed to come with my order, which made me even more unhappy. Customer service couldn't really help me or sort things out, so my overall impression of the brand is not good. It's definitely not living up to the high-quality image it claims to have.

    Welcome code issue

    I recently bought something from the website for the first time, and I had a bit of trouble with a welcome code. It was all going smoothly until I entered my card details, which caused an error message to pop up. Even after trying on a different device, the problem wouldn't go away. So, I contacted customer service for some help and they asked me to send them some screenshots, which I did straight away. But, the exchange of messages back and forth only made it clear that they didn't really get what the issue was. In the end, I had to go ahead with my purchase without using the code. When I inquired about getting a refund for the discount I missed out on, they just gave me a general reply saying I could save it for my next buy, completely ignoring the initial problem. All in all, the lack of proper help from customer service was pretty disappointing and left me feeling pretty annoyed.
