I ordered a jacket for my daughters birthday in August 2021, it is now December and I have not recieved anything, I have emailed on numerous occasions and have been told that it has been esclated and would be shipped in a couple of days - very disappointed, appears to be a scam, happy to take advantage of women instead of empowering them as your logo says!!! Worst online shopping experience ever!
