Review about: Style Heist
Returned a jumper- No refund!
Customer service is shocking. Returned my item within the 14 days return period, after 2 weeks of returning I heard nothing so I emailed customer service for them to be rude and act as if I did not send the item ‘within their return policy’ which I did! They could then not find my item and tried to tell me I returned the wrong thing! Why would I do that? Bad customer service and lousy excuses. Still not had any communication or refund and it’s been almost 2 months!
