    Two books delivery issue

    I recently ordered two books while I was in London and got them sent to my daughter's place. Unfortunately, the first book had some trouble getting delivered because there was nobody around to take it in. Even though the flat was on the top floor, the book was eventually picked up from the post office after a bit of hassle. The second book also seemed to have a similar problem, and it ended up at a collection point once again because my daughter was too tied up with work and studies. After a few emails back and forth with customer service, they suggested either sending it to a different address or giving me a refund. I decided to send it to my niece's house, and now the book is on its way. I have to give credit to Kate from customer service for all her help and support during this whole ordeal. Her professionalism and quick problem-solving were really great. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the book will get to its new home without any more hiccups.

    I just want to say a big thank you to the customer support team for helping me out with cancelling my accidental order. I made a mistake with my order and needed to fix it quickly.     Missing book resolution

    I just wanted to share that I had a bit of a problem with my online order - a missing book situation! But luckily, when I got in touch with customer service, a lovely person named Alyssa helped me out. She was absolutely brilliant. Alyssa sorted everything out quickly by placing a manual order for the missing book, and guess what? I got it within just 12 hours! I was really impressed by how efficient and attentive Alyssa was. So, a big thank you to Alyssa and the whole team for providing such excellent customer service!

    Recent special edition preorder

    I've always loved this bookstore, whether I'm shopping online or in person. Most recently, I preordered a special edition book but had a problem with payment. Luckily, Lisa from customer service helped me quickly and sorted everything out. I really value the team's helpfulness when it comes to sorting out any problems. I also think the rewards stamps scheme is a great idea - getting a reward after collecting 10 stamps makes me want to come back to the store again and again.

    Book purchase satisfaction

    I just bought a book from this shop and I have to say, I'm really happy with the wide range they have on offer. They've got everything from classics to the latest manga. Although, I did have a bit of trouble getting my rewards card sorted out, it took a while to fix. Luckily, Lorraine from Customer Support was a great help in getting it all sorted, which I'm really grateful for. All in all, I reckon this shop is a pretty good place to pick up a new read.

    I recently ordered a few books online and was pretty pleased with how things went. The delivery was quick, and the items were packed up nice and safe to avoid any bumps on the journey. That said, I was a bit bummed out to see some scratches on the front covers of the books when they arrived. I buy gifts quite often, so it would be great if the company could figure out a way to stop this from happening - like popping on plastic covers before they pack up the books.

    LGBTQ book

    I'm really disappointed to see a well-known bookshop promoting an anti-LGBTQ book during LGBTQ Pride Month. It just doesn't seem right to go against the values of inclusivity and acceptance that we should be celebrating during this month. By making this book one of their 'Books of the Month', Waterstones has made their shop feel unwelcoming and not safe for LGBTQ people. I, as a customer, am really let down by this decision and will think twice about buying from them in the future. It's crucial for businesses to support everyone in their community, especially during Pride Month.

    I picked up a book earlier on, but I only got a measly one point on their rewards system, even though I splashed out £19.98. It's not the first time this has happened, and it's starting to feel a bit dodgy to me. I've got 9.5 points in total now, and I'm not sure if I should just go for that extra half point and cash it in, or if I should just give up on shopping there altogether.
