People's Friend Magazine subscription
Love the magazine. Not good customer service as just give glib answers as they don,t know what to say. Delivery very bad and when you ring and say magazine not arrived just blame the post even though you guarantee to receive before it hits the shops. Mine still not arrived and when I rang and said it would be in the shops now was told I could go to the shop and buy one and would be credited with an extra week. What am I paying a subscription for and what is the guarantee?
