Tracksuit
I bought this for my grandaughters 15th birthday back in February, we now have 7th May 2021 and it still hasn't arrived. We are pensioners and it took me awhile to save up for this so she was very disappointed on her special day. I have sent them an email every day since, but apart from telling me initially it would be shipped in 15days I am just getting auto response

Faux leather skirt and knit tank top
No order or refund received. Now seen same story with other customers. Don't order from Ultamodan.
Now trying to get refund from my bank.
