Still waiting for it
Poor poor poor.
Ordered a bottle of wine. Nothing. Emailed twice, nothing. Called twice put on hold for oveur half hour. As soon as you say you haven’t received your order you go on hold and never picked up again. Stay away
After two shambolic experiences I instructed the company not to contact me again. But at least I didn't write a public review. Imagine my annoyance at getting a flyer from them in the post today. At least they are consistent in their poor "service".
