Biscuit hamper
I live in the USA and I ordered a small hamper from DC Thomson to be delivered to an address in the UK. Since the recipient is deaf, I'm unable to call him to find out if he received the order. I've tried contacting DC Thomson by email to which I received a robotic response so I called them and was told they would have to contact the company that shipped my order. I've yet to hear back from them.
I would never buy from this business again, worst bloody service ever !!
