I received a dress that looked nothing like the photo of the one ordered. Not a great fit.
Customer service poor. I was offered a £12 cash voucher but had to order an item priced exactly £12 for the code to work. Absolutely nothing on their site was / is priced at £12 !!! So effectively it’s useless!! Sent dozens of emails to customer service and no satisfactory response to date!!
