2 Coats and 1 pair of shoes.
I was really worried, because l hadnt looked at reviews about Berrylook, before l bought the items. I thought l was going to get coats l couldnt wear, and shoes would also be unwearable. When my items arrived, all together, in one package. I opened them and lm very pleasantly impressed. I love what arrived! The coats are nice quality, and lm going to love wearing them. The shoes are also fine. Well made and again lm looking forward to wearing them. In my transaction with them l had nothing happen, that would make me remove stars in the rating. My money has definately been money well spent. Im not a person who is hard to please, but l can see quality when its there. I love my purchases.... Thank you very much, Berrylook. I will buy from you in the future.
Thank you so much for writing this. After I read all those negative reviews on the site I was certain my order was a red flag. Now I feel better.

Hi I bought a red dress on the 30th April it's the 18thof May I still haven't received not pleased at all hope the reviews were wrong about Berrylook as the clothes look nice hope I'll find out WHEN I GETMYORDER
I want an address to return my items which I bought as I am really unhappy with the quality. I can't believe a reputable firm does not have the return address on the page about returns. Every other firm doesn.
This "company" is a sham! When you do finally receive your order, you wish you hadn't.
The items I received were unwearable. Quality was nothing like I ever saw before and I have lived in developing countries! I couldn't, in all consciousness take them to a charity shop! That's how bad the items are! Please, please, please do not waste your money in buying anything from this company.

I have had two orders from berrylook, the first I ordered 5 items and only received 3 they were all smaller than expected I cancelled the remaining two which I have one got them to say they didn't send but as yet no refund from berrylook or Paypal. My second was for two dresses, one was received ok but the other was out of stock, I asked them to send another in place of it and this was a different pattern and about size 10/12 although I ordered xl
They sent me a shit with a huge hole in it and want me to pay to ship back to China. Other items are supposedly on their way, but I dread ever receiving them.

Absolutely fake company, pictures look great on the website but what they send is completely garbage, like mopping cloth, made out of umbrella material. I feel cheated after wasting cad 162/ - and getting a refund is impossible. They have usa address and flash great pictures on Facebook, returns are to sent to china, bloody scammers!!
Order payment issue
I've just had a go at buying something on the website and I tried different ways to pay, like Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal, but every time my order got rejected because of payment problems. I even tried changing my delivery address, but it didn't work. It was really annoying doing this over and over again and getting the same outcome. I've contacted customer service for help and I'm hoping they can sort this out quickly.

Berrylook helps me achieve that. they have a whole lot of range in their dresses. I loved the variety.
I get to have something on constant basis defining different styles and clothing patterns.
Its comfortable, quality, brand-oriented and so more than that.Totally fake review. Go to Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau or any other review site. 99% of customers rate them as terrible. I had an exceedingly poor experience, total rip off for the worst quality clothing I have ever seen. They went straight in the bin as I was too ashamed to even take them to the charity shop. The site is a scam.
Fake Review. This company is a total scam that uses pictures of clothing they don't actually sell to try enticing you to purchase from them. If you're lucky enough to actually receive something, it will be a poorly made attempt to reproduce the clothing pictured , but will look nothing like the item you think you're buying. This a hustle. Shame on Google for continuing to allow this company to advertise and rip consumers off everywhere.
Jeans
I just had to share how impressed I was with the fast delivery and amazing products I got from this online store. Every time I go on their website, I find such great deals that are really outstanding. The jeans I bought have quickly become my top pick in my wardrobe. It's like they have a knack for always having something new and trendy, all at a great price.
Blouses not as ordered
I ordered some products but when they arrived, they were completely different and of poor quality. Not wearable at all. I had to wait for a very long time too.
Overpriced items
I recently spent close to 100 quid on this website and then realised that I accidentally ordered two of the same thing. I got in touch with customer service straight away to try and sort it out, but they told me the order had already been sent out. I was really let down by their inflexibility and customer service. Not to mention, the stuff I got was really low quality and looked cheap.

I'm really disappointed with the clothes I ordered. They weren't very good quality and none of them fit me properly or looked nice. The sizes were all wrong too - the large ones felt like smalls. I'm now dealing with the hassle of trying to get a refund.

I ordered a bunch of stuff but only got a few things, and they weren't great quality. It took ages to arrive and now I'm feeling really disappointed. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying from here.
Winter clothes order
I ordered some winter clothes and spent about £120 on them. But when they arrived, I was really disappointed. The quality and materials weren't great. One of the items had a completely different fabric on the front and back, which was a big disappointment. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations and I wouldn't suggest shopping here again.
Misleading Dress Purchase
I bought a dress that was supposed to be really good, but when it came, it was really flimsy and poor quality. It was nothing like what they said on the website. When I asked for my money back, they kept making excuses and taking forever to sort it out. They even said I had to close my complaint before they'd give me a refund, and wanted me to pay to send the dress back. The customer service was so bad and they didn't seem to have any real people helping, just automated replies. I'm still trying to get my money back, what a con.
Dress purchase
My experience with this company was really disappointing. It took ages for my order to arrive, well over six weeks, and when it did eventually come, I was so surprised to see that the dress I got was the wrong size and colour from what I'd requested. The dress was poor quality too, it felt really cheap and badly made. What's more, the return policy was so unreasonable, it almost seemed impossible for me to return the item for a refund or exchange. In the end, I decided to just give the dress to charity rather than deal with the stress of trying to return it. I'd advise other potential customers to be careful with this company and their products.
2 faux denim shirts
I got totally caught out by this company's sly moves. I thought I was buying two denim shirts with actual pockets, but what actually turned up was a complete joke. The shirts weren't even denim, just some flimsy printed fabric. And those pockets? Don't even get me started – just printed on, no real pockets. So cheeky of them to try and pass off such poor-quality stuff as the real deal. It's a total scam, plain and simple. I got in touch with them, but instead of a full refund, they're only offering me a tiny fraction of what I paid. That's just not on. I won't stand for being taken advantage of like this.
Order of 4 blouses
I bought 4 blouses recently and I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The pictures on the website made the blouses look way better than what I actually got. One of them was basically just two bits of fabric stitched together with no proper sleeves or shoulder hems like they advertised. The colours were all washed out and drab, making it seem like a fake copy. I was hoping for better quality considering how much I paid, but the blouses I received were worse than what I could get from Walmart. It's really disappointing that Berrylook would use such sneaky tactics to attract customers.
Coat purchase
I bought a coat from an online store not too long ago and honestly, I was really let down by the quality of it. When I opened the package, there was this strong plastic-like smell coming from the coat, which made it clear that it wasn't made from good material. The coat just didn't feel top-notch at all, with cheap materials that definitely didn't match the price I paid for it. It's safe to say that my shopping experience was a bit of a letdown.
Multiple items
If Dante's Inferno had a section on online shopping, Berrylook would definitely be the star. They make empty promises, don't bother with basic customer service, and are pros at avoiding responsibility. I ordered a bunch of stuff, tried to return it following their website instructions, and got stuck in a nightmare of unanswered emails, broken promises, and endless invoices. Dealing with them is like dealing with a dodgy character in a shady alley, but worse because they're supposed to be a legit business. I had to report them to Better Business and take legal action because they couldn't be bothered to keep their side of the bargain. Trust me, steer clear.
Clothes disappointing
I bought some clothes from there and they were absolutely terrible! They looked nothing like the pictures and were really smelly and disgusting. I tried to get a refund but it was such a hassle, and they just kept bombarding me with spam emails. Be careful when shopping there!
