2 Coats and 1 pair of shoes.
I was really worried, because l hadnt looked at reviews about Berrylook, before l bought the items. I thought l was going to get coats l couldnt wear, and shoes would also be unwearable. When my items arrived, all together, in one package. I opened them and lm very pleasantly impressed. I love what arrived! The coats are nice quality, and lm going to love wearing them. The shoes are also fine. Well made and again lm looking forward to wearing them. In my transaction with them l had nothing happen, that would make me remove stars in the rating. My money has definately been money well spent. Im not a person who is hard to please, but l can see quality when its there. I love my purchases.... Thank you very much, Berrylook. I will buy from you in the future.
I'm really disappointed.. Trying to send my item back for a refund and have been waiting over 2 weeks for an email off them.. No idea how to send my item back ????
Hi I bought a red dress on the 30th April it's the 18thof May I still haven't received not pleased at all hope the reviews were wrong about Berrylook as the clothes look nice hope I'll find out WHEN I GETMYORDER
I want an address to return my items which I bought as I am really unhappy with the quality. I can't believe a reputable firm does not have the return address on the page about returns. Every other firm doesn.
This "company" is a sham! When you do finally receive your order, you wish you hadn't.
The items I received were unwearable. Quality was nothing like I ever saw before and I have lived in developing countries! I couldn't, in all consciousness take them to a charity shop! That's how bad the items are! Please, please, please do not waste your money in buying anything from this company.
Unable to click on rating system - ordering was very simple, they want your money! Service - NO STARS
PRICING - no stars as product was not what was shown on website! Items were not worth using as rags!
Delivery- no stars as took over 3 weeks and others got lost and arrived after 2 months!
Finally, received an email stating they have a no returns policy!
WOULD I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN? No NO NO!PLEASE DO NOT BUY. Just received my goods after a month. Boots are very poor quality, cheap imitation and do not look like those advertised. As for the dress, even worse! material extremely light and cheap, seams are skew, threads hanging.I cant wear any of the items I bought. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I had bought.
I have had two orders from berrylook, the first I ordered 5 items and only received 3 they were all smaller than expected I cancelled the remaining two which I have one got them to say they didn't send but as yet no refund from berrylook or Paypal. My second was for two dresses, one was received ok but the other was out of stock, I asked them to send another in place of it and this was a different pattern and about size 10/12 although I ordered xl
They sent me a shit with a huge hole in it and want me to pay to ship back to China. Other items are supposedly on their way, but I dread ever receiving them.
never have i been had but this is the limit.the coat is disgusting nothing like the photograph try getting intouch with them is immposible they need to be shut down.

Absolutely fake company, pictures look great on the website but what they send is completely garbage, like mopping cloth, made out of umbrella material. I feel cheated after wasting cad 162/ - and getting a refund is impossible. They have usa address and flash great pictures on Facebook, returns are to sent to china, bloody scammers!!
Thank you so much for writing this. After I read all those negative reviews on the site I was certain my order was a red flag. Now I feel better.
