Disgusting
I couldn’t add only one star though I wouldn’t even give them that! Absolutely awful experience customer service is shocking! Ordered two items together with postage over £70! The dress took months to arrive and was nothing like the advertised picture, the quality is awful that you can’t wear the product. I’m still waiting for a cape in black that is out of stock, though it was meant to be on its way they asked if I would pick red instead which I don’t want. Trying to get a refund on my cape is a nightmare, they do not answer back and when they do it’s not to give me a refund on an item that will never arrive. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, dishonest con artists! Do not buy from them your items will be of poor quality and that’s if they even arrive. From the other reviews on here sounds like this is normal business practice for them, surprised how they can sleep at night stealing money from their customers and it is stealing what they have done as I still haven’t received a refund!! Be aware of Beautiful Halo and spread the word so no one else falls victim to their schemes!
