I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase. The material just felt strange and the colours were totally different than I thought they'd be. To be honest, it just seemed like a complete waste of money, time and effort. I ordered a Women's Sweatshirt that was described as Casual with a Rainbow Stripe Pattern, Long Sleeves, a Relaxed Fit and a Crew Neck. But what actually arrived was definitely not what was promised.

I recently bought a ceiling lamp from an online shop, and I have to say, the whole experience was really disappointing. The package was so poorly done that the glass shade got smashed during the trip from China. I got in touch with customer service, and they sent me a replacement quickly, but it also arrived in a bad package and got damaged. I hoped that the third lamp would be fine, but it came in the same terrible packaging and was shattered too. To make things worse, they expect me to pay for the return shipping of all three broken lamps just to get a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous.
Peter pan collar top, check print
I decided to take a chance and buy this really cute top I saw online. It had a peter pan collar and a check print which I thought looked nice. But when it arrived, it didn't fit me properly at all. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't let me! The email they sent basically just said too bad. I mean, who refuses returns nowadays? It's just ridiculous!
Miku Jacket purchase
I bought a Miku jacket from the website the other day and I was really happy with it. It came quickly and looked just like it did on the website. The quality of the jacket was really good, and the person I gave it to as a gift loved it. I would definitely recommend shopping on this website, I had a great experience.
Cute clothes online
I was super excited to order some really cute clothes online but I started to get a bit worried when my order was still saying "processing" after 10 whole days! So, I decided to reach out and ask about it. They replied saying there was a bit of a delay because of a holiday in China. They even offered me a discount if it wasn't shipped by mid-March, but that was just too long of a wait for me. So, in the end, I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund.
Hoodie
I bought a hoodie from this online store recently and was really let down with the quality. The material was too thin and the stitching looked cheap. On top of that, the size was way smaller than I thought, so it didn't fit the person I got it for. To make things worse, the return policy was super strict, only giving me 48 hours to return it. It left me feeling really disappointed and unhappy with my shopping experience.

I bought a piece of clothing from this company not long ago, but when it came, it turned out to be way too small even though I checked their size chart before ordering. I spent quite a bit on the item (£68.00), and when I tried to contact customer service to sort it out, I didn't hear anything back. So now I'm stuck with something I can't even wear. I really wouldn't recommend buying from them, as I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

I bought a shirt from this store and couldn't wait to try it on, but when it arrived after what felt like forever, it turned out to be way too small! I made sure to look at the size chart before buying it, but it was still no good. I tried asking customer service for assistance, but they were not helpful at all and refused to give me a refund or accept a return. They even requested a picture of me measuring the shirt - can you believe it? I am really let down and annoyed by this whole situation. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
