Friends neon light
NOT DELIVERED!
If I could I would give 0 stars for this online shop. I ordered a Friends neon wall light from this site on 12th of November which said would deliver in 3-5 days. 15 days & I am still waiting for the item to be delivered, like others have said there was no email to say it would be delayed however the money was taken from my account almost immediately. Having emailed them they said the item had arrived later than expected in their warehouse so they didn't even have the item in stock. This is very poor service, I shall not order from here again.
