Friends neon light
NOT DELIVERED!
If I could I would give 0 stars for this online shop. I ordered a Friends neon wall light from this site on 12th of November which said would deliver in 3-5 days. 15 days & I am still waiting for the item to be delivered, like others have said there was no email to say it would be delayed however the money was taken from my account almost immediately. Having emailed them they said the item had arrived later than expected in their warehouse so they didn't even have the item in stock. This is very poor service, I shall not order from here again.6 items
I ordered on the 30th Oct and still haven’t had anything (it’s the 9th nov) I’ve had no confirmation through email. I’ve tried to call and email but have heard nothing and couldn’t get through. They cut me off. Not very happy:( hope I hear from them or get my order soon.
