occasional delays, a couple of setup hiccups and docs could be clearer. Mostly relieved, satisfied.
No fireworks, just uptime
quick, no faff, explained things. Small gripe: I nearly forgot how to SSH because it was so hands-off, but honestly that's my problem. Recommend if you want reliable uptime and prompt service.
Not what I was promised
at off hours it ran smoothly, better than expected for short bursts. Price felt cheap but not reliable. Overall I'm still not convinced. Wouldn't trust it for live trading.
Worth the gamble
I almost didn't switch because I kept worrying about downtime and whether support would actually pick up the phone — sound familiar? I use their hosting for a small consultancy site and a couple of hobby blogs that I fiddle with most evenings, so reliability matters. After a few years I'm still here; early teething issues popped up, and yes I've made daft config errors myself, but the techs have been properly helpful and don't do the usual rubbish of passing you around. They respond quickly, explain things plainly and sort the mess. Only niggle is occasional billing confusion, nothing major though. Overall those pre-purchase doubts have mostly gone; I'm fairly content and feel it's decent value, if not perfect. A small relief, really.

she stayed online while I ran tests, tweaked a config and everything behaved. Not flashy, just solid help. My only tip is have your error logs ready so it goes quicker. Proper relief, saved me time and stress, honestly worth it. Billing was clear but a bit slow. Response times were fast though.

sensible price and genuinely helpful support, which for me counts for more than slick marketing.
