Your verification process is a complete joke! Can you show me any actual evidence of my criminal past instead of relying on fake articles and photos from when I registered? I challenge you to face me in court with real proof instead of your deceptive tactics. You say you have a compliance and security department, but it's obvious to me that you're just running a scam. Let's do this!
Large money transactions
I had a really bad experience with a company that deals with big money transactions. They kept delaying payments, making me practically beg to get my contractors paid. Then, they said the money was stuck in the bank, but the bank denies it. It's been 6 months now, and they owe me more than $100,000. Whenever I try to contact them, they just send me to their online portal where they ignore me. They keep claiming the bank hasn't responded yet, but it's been half a year now with no end in sight. On top of that, they're not following GDPR rules and are exposing client info on their platform. They have no respect for clients and use shady tactics - total scam artists. Watch out for their fake directors and dodgy information. I recommend either starting your own company or finding honest ones to work with. Steer clear of them at all costs.

I really wouldn't recommend this company at all. The service is just terrible. I've never had such bad support from a company before. It's been more than two weeks since I paid, and they still haven't confirmed they got the payment. And to make things worse, a transfer I made two weeks ago is still stuck in a "compliance review" even though I sent in all the required documents. Because of this, the orders I placed haven't been processed as the payments weren't sent to the supplier. It's such a nightmare!
Renting a car for a family trip
When they couldn't remove my honest review, they decided to fabricate a silly story to try and discredit me. They even crossed the line by using my personal info against me, breaching GDPR policy. I felt I had to report them to the authorities because that's just not on, mate.
If this is the standard of service you might get as a customer, I'd advise you to reconsider before choosing to rent from them.Financial service

I've had a terrible experience dealing with this company. Their support is not helpful at all, with long wait times and unhelpful responses. I've had issues with invoice approvals that take over 24 hours only to be rejected. My customers have cancelled orders because of pending invoices. The live chat support suggested I contact them on WhatsApp but I didn't receive a response. I paid a lot of money for services I could have got for free somewhere else. Even after paying for a company bank account, I still can't access important features like adding products. The support team won't help me anymore and even asked me to remove my negative review. I feel like I've been scammed and need a refund. I will be seeking a chargeback.
Renting service
I tried to use the renting service of this company, but it turned out to be a total scam! They claim you can start using the service within 2 hours, but that's a big fat lie. I paid for it nearly a week ago and still haven't been able to use it. When I tried to contact their customer service, they were completely useless. They couldn't even answer basic questions about how their service works, VAT recovery, or provide any valid information about their legal entity. It's a total scam, I'm telling you! They don't have a proper legal entity, and their receipt doesn't even mention who is providing the service. Don't fall for their tricks, they are just a bunch of scammers looking to rip people off!

I hired a service from this company last year and everything seemed okay initially. However, after 8 months, my account was suddenly disabled without any warning. When I got in touch with customer support, they told me it was because of inactivity and that I needed to buy my "rental" again with a monthly payment. This information wasn't anywhere on the website or in the terms of service. I tried to get clarification from support but never got a reply. When I saw the big yellow warning on Trustpilot about fake reviews being deleted, that was the last straw. It's obvious that this company isn't honest or reliable. I recommend avoiding them completely.
