As someone who's been using your service for quite a while now, I've had my ups and downs with it. I have to admit, though, that I've been really pleased with the way prices have stayed consistent over the last couple of weeks. There have been times before when I've been all ready to pay, only to find my total shot up by £20 out of the blue, and that wasn't great. But the fact that you've been sticking to fair prices recently has definitely impressed me. It's good to see the pricing being more transparent, and I really hope this carries on in the future.
Booze delivery
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Waited a whole 3 hours but no sign of them, ended up asking for a refund. They're just so unreliable, couldn't even manage to reach the driver. Much better off and quicker to just grab a taxi to a 24-hour garage. Total waste of time, would not recommend placing an order with them at all!
Quick and efficient delivery
The delivery guy was great, he stayed in touch and helped me choose the right stuff. Top service!
Expensive purchase
The prices for the items I ordered were really expensive compared to other places I've shopped at before. And the driver didn't really know where to collect the items from, which was a bit worrying. However, I have to admit, the driver was really nice and polite during the whole experience.
Quick and convenient delivery service
Ordering from this service was a real pleasure, way better than other delivery options out there. They have a great selection of items, and the delivery team was not only quick but also super friendly. I will definitely be using this service again, no doubt about it.
Emergency nappy pants
I was in a right panic on Saturday night when my daughter had a tummy ache. I decided to order some nappy pants from this delivery service for the first time, but I was really worried it might be a scam. Luckily, the driver turned out to be absolutely brilliant! He went to several shops to find the right size, even after they had closed. He really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, going the extra mile to help me out. I was so thankful for his hard work and dedication. The prices were a bit higher than usual, but the service I got was well worth it!
Cat food and other items
I totally forgot to grab some cat food, and I was down to my last packet. So, in a bit of a panic, I thought I'd give Beelivery a go and ordered what the kitty needed along with a few other bits. To my surprise, the delivery turned up way quicker than I thought it would. I was really impressed with how fast and reliable the service was.

This company will never get my money again delivery driver great but they charged my 9.45 for 4 small beers will never order again

Fantastic service, was nervous as first time ordering, I live in a little village and didn’t feel well, but needed a little shopping and found this company.
Very easy to use site, driver was brilliant and even called me as an item was unavailable and did I want and alternative, very pleasant and insisted on carrying my shopping to my doorstep.

Water
The problem is that their website is not updated therefore they take on orders which they could not really deliver, and then I have had that the drivers cancelled so I had to wait an hour. The business really needs the reshuffle

Young lady delivered goods very quickly payed a lot more all produce from Asda which I did not have time to visit so was pleased would use in an emergency if couldn't get to shops

Delivered within 1 hour obviously a premium paid but a lot less than losing your licence !

Waited almost two hours said driver had collected my delivery so could track which i did 9pm promised delivery by. Isolating so needed food. 9.30 got message to say driver no longer available why where did the driver go with the food if he already had it. Will never use again ever appallingrepeatedly ordered
I have ordered about 10 times through these and most of the time got the same delivery driver who was really friendly, always quick and would contact if anything was missing to ask for possible substitutes. However the last 2 times I've ordered I have had 2 different drivers. The first was late, rude and almost caused a serious crash in my street. The other took almost 3 hours to get here as he aparently had car trouble but never informed me even though he had my phone number. Both times I complained to customer service (Email and facebook as they are so hard to get hold of) and both times I was met with basic answers, I was called Laura every time on my email and my name is Lauren! On email I was offered £5 off my next order (The cost of delivery and service charge) which is insulting considering I have spent hundreds with them and I can guarantee they would take the money off the driver and knowing my luck it would be one of the good ones.
My conclusion is that this would be amazing idea but the customer service is absolutely horrendous which massively lets it down.

Bottle of vodka and beers
