scores shot up into the 90s and those hefty articles load properly now. Installation was painless, no weird server tinkering, and the paid plan lets you dig a bit deeper without needing to be a techie. Small gripe: documentation could be clearer, but my doubts have mostly gone.
Logs and lifelines
There I was, elbow-deep in logs, having tinkered with server settings and broken the site — classic. I'd signed up to BlogVault recently and was a bit sceptical about yet another backup, but on the day I needed it they turned up. When the backup failed I raised a ticket and within half an hour someone suggested a fix I could try straight away. Turned out it was my own mistake, I applied the patch and backups resumed. Delivery of the fix and follow-up was impressively quick, the team were patient and easy to deal with. I also like the safe plugin updates.
