Wasn't expecting much from another filing service, but this was oddly straightforward. The site is plain and does what it needs; forms are clear and the step-by-step prompts actually make sense. I clicked through, uploaded bits, and they chased up the rest — or rather checked and corrected a thing or two for me. Support replied quickly, knowledgeable, no fuss. Compared to a previous firm that delayed and overcomplicated everything, this felt efficient. Worth the money, I think. Pleased it went smoothly, grateful it wasn't a pain. Will use them again.
Relief when EIN came through
