I'm actually quite happy with the outcome, even though I started off really wary. I used them to form an LLC a few weeks ago and at first I thought I'd made a huge mistake — paperwork showed their name as manager, not mine, and I couldn't see how to fix it, so I was pretty annoyed, honestly. After a bit of back-and-forth they explained the process and sent an operating agreement that clarified ownership and my role, which calmed me down. It's not perfect — I did have to chase them and pay a little extra for the document — but in the end my bank accepted the paperwork and the account is open. So yes, there were hiccups and I was sceptical, but I ended up satisfied; it worked out and their support was reasonable.
