Property lease
After traveling out of London for work grounds, I knew I wasn't going to come back the next 3 years and there was need to lease out my well furnished property there. First, the company I handed over the property to, failed to lease out the place the next 120 days. It was not clear to me what was going on. I had to abolish the deal with the company so as to try with another company. The next company I tried was City Relay and in the next 45 days, that property was leased out successfully. The difference was clear between an active company and a passive one. I would say if you are in search of a good and active property leasing company, City Relay is the place for you.
Housing assistance expertise
As someone who has come back to London after being away for so long, I found the housing system to be quite unfamiliar and intimidating. Luckily, the people at City Relay were really helpful and provided me with lots of guidance and support, especially Laura Maigret, the Property Manager. Laura's expertise and experience were clear in every interaction, which really helped make my time in London enjoyable and free from stress. Whether it was dealing with issues quickly or helping me navigate through new challenges, City Relay was there to give me the help I needed to get back into the swing of things in the city.
Location, helpful team, great experience
My family and I just rented a property in a great spot in London recently. Being in the Belgravia area was so handy, it was easy to get to everything we needed during our stay. The team at the accommodation management company we used were really helpful and quick to respond. Any questions or worries I had were sorted out straight away, which made the whole experience really easy and hassle-free. I've had bad experiences with unhelpful customer service before, but City Relay went above and beyond. If I ever come back to the city, I'd definitely use their services again without any hesitation.
Recent stay experience
We had a really nice time during our recent stay. The person who welcomed us was so polite and helpful, they sorted out all our questions and gave us the right internet password, even though it was different from what we were told before. The host was friendly, went out of their way to help us, and was very professional - they even waited for us when we were running a bit late. The place we stayed in was right in the city centre and had everything we needed, with modern facilities. If the price is good, we would definitely think about coming back again.
Property management services
I live in a building where a property management company is in charge, but honestly, my experience with them hasn't been great. I've brought up a few important issues, like a faulty oven and a broken front door buzzer, both of which are safety concerns, but nothing has been fixed quickly. This has made me and the other tenants quite worried and annoyed about our safety in the building.
Short-term stay in Earls Court
My stay in Earls Court arranged by the accommodation management company was really great. The location was convenient and the host provided top-notch service. I would definitely recommend this place to any family looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Katie was also a big help during the onboarding process - her speedy responses made me feel looked after every step of the way. I can't believe my property was booked just one day after listing it. Hosting property for over a year
I've been hosting my property for more than a year now and I'm really happy with how things are going! I live quite far away, so it's great that I don't have to worry about much and they handle everything really well. They're very capable and reliable, in fact, I've even entrusted them with my other property to manage. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for property management services!
Perfectly located apartment in Clapham Junction.
The flat in Clapham Junction was in a great spot for exploring London. It was a good experience overall. But when we got there, we had trouble getting into my city relay account using the key box number. It was pretty stressful, especially with three kids in the car. Luckily, Akim sorted it out fast. Next time, I'd recommend putting a contact phone number in the first email for quicker help in situations like that.
Responsive and professional team
The team were really responsive and professional while I was staying there. Even though the apartment wasn't quite what I had in mind, their amazing customer service more than made up for it. They were great at getting back to me quickly with any questions I had and even helped me out when I had some issues late at night. Their commitment to making sure everything went smoothly was really impressive.

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone thinking of renting out their home for short or long periods. The team at this company did a fantastic job managing my two-bedroom flat in London. I've just used their rental property management service and I have to say, I was really impressed. The communication was great, with updates coming in promptly and quick responses to any questions I had. Whenever tricky situations popped up with the tenants, they dealt with it effortlessly. All in all, I'm really happy with the service they offered.
London accommodation stay
During my recent stay in King's Cross, I found the property to be mostly okay, with a few things that could be better. The location was great, close to transport links and lots of shops and things to do. The team at City Relay were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfy stay. However, there were some issues that didn't make my stay as good as it could have been. There weren't enough things provided for extra guests, like covers for the sofa bed, which was a bit of a hassle. The WiFi was a bit dodgy and there weren't any washcloths, which was a bit annoying. Also, the rooms got really hot in the summer as there was no air conditioning, just fans. Despite these problems, I still managed to have a good time and enjoyed exploring the local area and meeting other guests. I think there's definitely some room for improvement to make the property even better for guests in the future.
Flat rental experience
The staff, especially Akim Courail Jones and his team, were really helpful whenever we needed advice. The location of the flat near Fulham Broadway underground station was handy. The flat itself had all the things we needed for cooking and sleeping, but the cleanliness of the bed sheets, particularly the dirty mattress and its cover, was quite disappointing. They really need to improve their cleanliness standards.
Great apartment and super service
I had a great time staying in the apartment, it was really cool. Tanja and Akim from City Relay were so friendly and helped us with everything. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!
My stay at a place in Finsbury Park
I recently stayed at this lovely place in Finsbury Park and it was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was really comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for. Pawel and Akim from City Relay were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay went really smoothly and we had a great time!
Stay with additional facilities
The place I stayed at was even better than I thought, and it was really cool to have a garden. It was so lucky that they had a 110V-220V adapter because I ended up bringing the wrong one. But I did have a bit of trouble picking up the key because it wasn't obvious that it was inside a store.
Amazing flat near Olympia
The apartment was really near the Olympia Exhibition Center, which was ideal for our trip. It had a lovely garden outside and even a bathtub! It would have been even better if there was a TV and microwave. Akim was really helpful with messages during our stay. We're looking forward to returning next year!
