Honestly, I'm pretty happy — it was worth it. I was a bit wary at first about leaving boxes with strangers, but the Charlton unit is tidy, locked up and simple to use. Booking was straightforward and Dave sorted things for me, explained options and didn’t rush me. I store furniture while renovating and it’s made life easier, no big dramas. Quite relieved, actually.

Halfway through opening the box I realised these weren't the builder gloves I'd ordered. I rang again the next day and a different agent agreed to the return and said they'd refund both the gloves and the postage. The glove cost was refunded, but the postage — over £10 because it was a big parcel — never turned up. I sent the postage receipt when they asked, then nothing. It's frustrating and a bit careless, honestly. A follow-up would have made all the difference.
