Proper panic moment when I tested the old bowling unit and bits just fell apart — wheels split, belt snapped — and of course we hadn’t used it for years. Spent ages phoning round suppliers who all said nothing was available in the UK until January, so I was braced for cancelling plans. Then I somehow found this place (not easy — barely showed up on searches) and rang them. The ordering process was a bit clunky and the website didn’t inspire confidence, but the person who answered, Sally Richards, was brilliant and really got things moving. Parts were dispatched quickly, so delivery saved our Christmas plans, which I’m genuinely grateful for. Price felt fair enough considering the short notice. If the site was clearer and stock info better, I’d give full marks — still, top marks for the human side of it.
