First used them summer when I only popped on site for a few hours; their parts felt solid, easy to fit and didn't faff about. They turned up exactly when I needed, saved the job — relief, and I kept coming back.
Lane lifesaver
I lean on them for keeping my lanes running every week. Parts arrive when I need them and Sally always sorts me out, knows her stuff. Sometimes delivery is a tad slow, but overall it's been brilliant.

Quietly reliable team
We've used Bowling Vision on and off for years. The team's workmanship and trade knowledge are consistently solid, Sally and Mark stand out, and, oddly, their follow-up beats most other suppliers I've dealt with. Not flashy, but reliably good; pleasantly surprised.
Quietly impressed
I was half way through the booking when it clicked — Alex at the pro shop knew exactly what we needed. A mate had tipped me and I’d seen the stock that morning. He handled the order calmly and clearly; glad it went so smoothly, proper relief.
Mostly solid service
I like that they reply fast — really responsive team. Customer service and delivery communication are what keep us with them; they tell you if stock's lacking so we can plan (unlike other suppliers who've left us hanging). Not flawless — occasional delivery lag — but overall reassuring and fair, honestly. Could be quicker sometimes.
Nearly Christmas chaos averted
Proper panic moment when I tested the old bowling unit and bits just fell apart — wheels split, belt snapped — and of course we hadn’t used it for years. Spent ages phoning round suppliers who all said nothing was available in the UK until January, so I was braced for cancelling plans. Then I somehow found this place (not easy — barely showed up on searches) and rang them. The ordering process was a bit clunky and the website didn’t inspire confidence, but the person who answered, Sally Richards, was brilliant and really got things moving. Parts were dispatched quickly, so delivery saved our Christmas plans, which I’m genuinely grateful for. Price felt fair enough considering the short notice. If the site was clearer and stock info better, I’d give full marks — still, top marks for the human side of it.
