I had a fantastic experience with Strike from the beginning to the end. They gave me spot-on advice on pricing, kept me informed about viewings regularly, and made the whole sales process smooth and efficient. I chose to use a solicitor from my local area, while the buyer went with one recommended by Strike, which turned out to be a good decision. I highly recommend getting professional photographs and videos done, as they made my property really stand out. The Estate Agent in my area really knew their stuff about the local market and had plenty of experience. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I received from Strike.

My time with the conveyancing department was quite frankly a letdown. While the estate agent side ran smoothly, the conveyancing process was full of broken promises and terrible customer service. Communication was seriously lacking, with promises of updates every 2 weeks not being kept. Deadlines were missed, which left me feeling annoyed and stuck. The paperwork wasn't organised properly at the start, and the problems have continued for months.

I was feeling really confused and lost because they didn't explain where my purchase stood and what documents were required. It was really stressful thinking I might lose the perfect house due to their poor communication. Plus, they took a long time to respond to the seller's solicitors, causing delays. Not cool at all!

I found the experience of selling my property to be quite straightforward at first. However, the communication throughout the conveyancing process turned into a total nightmare. The information was not coming through properly, which left me feeling really frustrated. I ended up spending ages on hold, just listening to messages about how swamped they were. I tried asking for a call back repeatedly, but never actually got one. It was so annoying and honestly made the whole thing a lot more stressful than it had to be.

The estate agent service from Strike was alright, but we found their conveyancers and mortgage advisors to be pretty terrible. So, we decided to go with independent services for those instead. Unfortunately, the buyer we got through Strike’s recommendation ended up getting some bad advice from their mortgage advisors, which ended up costing us a sale. And now, dealing with their conveyancer has been a nightmare and we're at risk of losing another sale. It's been a real waste of money and time dealing with them.
My new phone case
I've just received my new phone case and I absolutely love it! It's really cool and the colours are fantastic. The delivery was really fast, I received it within a few days. The customer service was excellent, everyone was really friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable too, not too pricey. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
